While we are not Jewish, the Passover Seder is very symbolic and is a good way for the kids to remember the purpose of the passover. Our interpretation (or rather our good friend's) follows after the break.

And now for the feast!
The kids dipped the karpas in salt water to remember the tears shed by the slaves. This will certainly be something they remember. The one of Dylan is actually just as he is beginning to realize the maror he just dipped his matzah in is not ranch dip but horseradish.
