Panoramas of Como

Two attempts at putting together some panoramic images. Next time I'll overlap more and maybe not try water at midday. There are huge variations on the water surface depending on the angle of the sun.
This first one is looking out toward the lake.

This second one is looking back toward the city from the gardens at Villa Olmo.

At the Zoo

These are from a recent trip to the zoo. I love the light on overcast days.

Clifton Gorge

We'd heard about Clifton Gorge a while back, but never made the trip until today. It was easily the most dramatic place we've found in Ohio. We will definitely be making regular trips. These pictures don't even begin to do it justice. I just took a few quick pictures between taking care of the kids and especially a poor sick Dylan.

The gorge narrows here to only a few feet wide; very dramatic. I will have to figure out how to get a good picture of it on a return trip.

I added a little retro flair to this last one.

Hands

I originally wanted to get all five of our hands, but that wasn't happening with our set up. I ended up with just the kids. It turned out okay though.

Easter

I managed to take a few pictures yesterday afternoon when we had a little sun. Dylan is becoming less and less cooperative for pictures, but we managed a few.

And to her embarrassment, one of Rachel which I love.

My boys

The boys and I stopped by Farbach-Werner this afternoon for a quick photo shoot. Matthew was perfect:

Dylan just wanted to play in the mud. He did climb the fence a few times, but otherwise didn't even stop to look at me:

He did look up when I said "smile!"

But then was back on the fence:

When you give Dylan a phone...

I lock my phone so the kids can't get on whenever they want, but the camera is still accessible. Here's what I found tonight. Yep, 18 of em, with a few as videos just to mix things up. Thanks Dylan.
